The bonus is paid for groups with effective dates
from July 1, 2007 through June 15, 2008
This incentive program pays for POS/PPO/EPO enrollment with HMO enrollment qualifying to meet higher bonus levels. The highest bonus level achieved at the end of the program year will be paid for all POS/PPO/EPO contracts sold during that period.

Remember, the highest bonus level you achieve will be paid on all of your new POS/PPO/EPO Business for the entire bonus year. |
